1. Scope of Services


BrandFusion provides marketing, branding, consulting, digital services, design, and event management solutions as agreed with the client in written proposals or agreements.



2. Project Agreement


All projects will begin only after the client confirms the proposal and completes the agreed initial payment or deposit.



3. Payments


Payments must be made according to the payment schedule mentioned in the project agreement. Delayed payments may result in project delays or temporary suspension of services.



4. Client Responsibilities


Clients must provide necessary information, content, approvals, and feedback on time to ensure smooth project progress and delivery.



5. Revisions


Reasonable revisions will be provided as mentioned in the project scope. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.



6. Intellectual Property


All final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment is completed. However, BrandFusion reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio for promotional purposes.



7. Confidentiality


Both the client and BrandFusion agree to keep all confidential business information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.



8. Project Timelines


Project timelines depend on client approvals, content delivery, and external factors. Delays in feedback may affect the agreed delivery schedule.



9. Cancellation Policy


If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the client will be responsible for paying for the work completed up to the cancellation date.



10. Liability


BrandFusion will not be responsible for indirect losses, third-party platform issues, or external service failures affecting marketing or digital campaigns.
