Creating a seamless digital experience for physical events, from discovering activities and selecting tickets to completing payments and verifying participants at the venue. The platform needed to simplify the booking journey while giving administrators efficient control over bookings, payment transactions, refunds and event operations.
Designed around visual storytelling, intuitive navigation and straightforward booking flows, Maddyverse enables users to explore events, discover activities, compare ticket categories and complete online reservations. Responsive layouts, clear event information and engaging visuals create an accessible experience, while digital tickets and QR code verification connect online bookings with physical event entry.
We developed a responsive event booking platform with Razorpay payment integration and a centralized admin portal. Customers can discover activities, select ticket categories, complete online bookings and access digital tickets. QR code scanning supports ticket verification and participant check-ins at event venues. Administrators can manage booking records and participant information, track payment transactions and initiate refunds directly through the admin portal. Together, these capabilities connect event discovery, ticket sales, payment processing and on-site verification in one digital experience.
